OUR STORY
Established on the Gold Coast. Evolving how pool care is done.
Our business began looking after Gold Coast pools in 1985. A lot has changed since then. Equipment has become smarter, water testing more precise, and Loch Ness Pool Supplies has become Cassaro Pool Care.
In 2026, the business changed ownership and entered its next stage under the Cassaro name.
Today, as an independent, family-owned Gold Coast business, we’re building on that local history with a structured and transparent approach to pool care: Cassaro’s 30-point service protocol, before-and-after photos, detailed service reports and advice based on what each pool actually needs.
The name may have changed, but we’re still here in Sorrento—helping Gold Coast pool owners spend less time maintaining their pools and more time enjoying them.

Accountable local ownership
Cassaro Pool Care is owned by Matt Berry, who acquired Loch Ness Pool Supplies in 2026 and introduced the Cassaro name.
Matt saw an opportunity to build on an established local business and improve how pool care is delivered. His focus is creating a more structured, transparent and consistent experience—for customers and for the technicians looking after their pools.
That work includes Cassaro’s 30-point service protocol, detailed service reports, better tools and information for technicians, and the development of pool service histories that can support more informed care over time.

Local ownership, backed by a connected team
Cassaro is not a franchise or a national call centre. We’re an independently owned and operated Gold Coast business, with our shop, mobile technicians and customer support all based in Sorrento.
Our local ownership means decisions about service standards, equipment, products and the customer experience are made within the business. Customers have a local team they can contact, while every completed service records the attending technician, the work completed and anything requiring attention.
Cassaro also works with established suppliers, manufacturers and specialist repair partners when their support or expertise is appropriate.
